1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GanitPunj platform (website, portal, mobile app) managed by Sanjeev Dwivedi and purchasing any of our online services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our other policies (Privacy Policy, etc.). If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Services Provided
GanitPunj provides online educational services only — live courses, recorded courses, webinars/online workshops, test-series, online study materials. We do not provide any physical goods (unless explicitly offered as an add‑on) or in‑person classes.
3. Registration & Account
- To access certain courses or services, you may need to register and create an account with us.
- You must provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be legally competent to enter into these terms (e.g., if minor, your parent/guardian must consent).
4. Payment, Pricing & Access
- All fees for services will be quoted in the relevant currency and must be paid in full before access is granted (unless otherwise stated).
- Access to recorded content or live sessions is given only after payment confirmation.
- We reserve the right to change the pricing of our services at any time; however, such changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
5. User Obligations
- You agree not to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or exploit the learning materials for commercial purpose; share your access credentials; engage in any misconduct on live sessions or webinars.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws.
- You understand that progress in the course depends on your own efforts; GanitPunj does not guarantee specific results, outcomes or employment.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content made available via GanitPunj (videos, PDFs, webinars, live sessions, webinars, materials) are the intellectual property of GanitPunj or its licensors.
- You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal educational purpose only.
- You may not modify, adapt, publish, distribute, create derivative works, or commercialise the content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- GanitPunj is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant service.
- We are not responsible for system outages, internet connectivity issues, or delays on third‑party platforms.
8. Termination / Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access (in whole or part) if you violate these Terms, act unlawfully, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
- Upon termination, you must cease using the service; we may disable access to the materials. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Prayagraj.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept those changes.
