1. Scope
This policy applies to all online services provided by GanitPunj — including live courses, recorded courses, webinars/online‑workshops, test-series and study materials.
2. Cancellation by GanitPunj
- GanitPunj may cancel or postpone a live course, webinar or programme due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability or other unforeseen events.
- If GanitPunj cancels, you will be notified and offered either (a) a full refund of the payment made for that service, or (b) a transfer to another equivalent session/course.
- Refunds will be processed and credited within 7 business days of cancellation to the original source of payment method.
3. Cancellation by You (the learner)
- For live courses, webinars/online workshops, and test series, you may cancel your registration within 48 hours of successful registration and request a full refund or equivalent credit, as applicable.
- For recorded courses / on‑demand content: Once you purchase and access the content, the purchase is non‑refundable, because digital services are delivered immediately.
4. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, please email support@ganitpunj.com with your purchase details (invoice/order number), reason for refund and relevant course details.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method, and may take up to 7 business days to reflect.
5. Non‑Refundable Situations
- Access‑granted digital goods (recorded videos, downloadable material) are non‑refundable once delivered.
- Any cancellation after the permitted window (for live events) will generally not be eligible.
- Change of mind, inability to attend remaining live sessions, or missing live sessions do not automatically qualify for refund, unless approved under above terms.
6. Transfer / Reschedule Options
- If you miss a live session for which you were registered, you may request (subject to availability) a transfer to a future batch of the same course of equal value.
- Such transfer requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, unless in exceptional circumstances.
7. Changes to this Policy
GanitPunj reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to future purchases only.
